October 2026 release
New in v2.0
Security & trust
Mandatory admin 2FA, staff security policies, tamper-resistant audit history, per-company roles, strict company isolation, backups and disaster recovery.
ExploreWorkflow & approvals
Multi-step approvals, a shared approval inbox, decision history and escalations keep requests moving without losing accountability.
ExploreCustomer 360
Revenue, pipeline, visits, tasks, quotes, documents and support in one customer view, with an AI account summary based on the data you may access.
ExploreLead capture
Web forms, email-to-lead and WhatsApp-to-lead, with routing, contact SLAs, duplicate protection, a New leads inbox and source reporting.
ExploreEmail & calendar sync
Connect Google or Microsoft 365 using your company’s own provider credentials. Each user connects their own mailbox and calendar.
ExploreTeam visibility controls
Reporting-chain access, read-only extra viewers, External Viewers and customer-level Add viewer, plus optional strict visibility and bulk assignment with undo.
ExplorePrivacy & consent
Versioned tracking letters, a 30-day consent grace period, data exports, retention controls and support-managed privacy requests.
ExploreExecutive Command Center
Executive KPIs, coverage and team performance, plus a saved weekly AI brief available each Monday in your company timezone.
ExploreFeature availability follows your plan. Email, WhatsApp and calendar connections require your company’s own provider accounts and configuration.
Everyday work, refined
Coverage Map
Built-in OpenStreetMap shows saved customer coordinates or the latest visit GPS fallback. Admins can geocode missing locations with progress and failure reporting.
Cleaner customer records
Find and review duplicates across customers, partners and consultants, including variations in names, email and phone.
Richer contact details
Second email, second phone, contact birthday and remarks across forms, customer detail, search, imports and exports.
Clearer task planning
Improved Gantt with a fixed task-name column, a scrollable timeline, readable labels and accessible edit controls.
OmniReach & Resuelto
One-click connection controls with permission review, connection status, last sync, testing and disconnect. Company provider accounts and configuration are required; availability depends on provider setup.
Company timezone
Set your company timezone for local scheduling, including Monday executive briefs. The default is Asia/Dhaka.
Reliable field work
Attendance never depends on location consent. Legacy offline check-ins retain original GPS times and retry without duplicates; existing HTML lead forms remain supported.
Permission profiles & customer search
Same-company 2FA admins manage permission profiles and field rules. Visit customer search uses case-insensitive partial customer and contact names and the same visibility rules as lists and exports.
Privacy and trust, without overpromising
Two-admin lead anonymisation with certificates, controlled personal-data audit redaction, do-not-re-import protection, retention inventories and dry-runs, and data export are available. Full erasure and company offboarding are handled by Lavisho support on request within 30 days, subject to identity verification, legal holds and retention requirements. Requests do not automatically delete data.
Versioned tracking letters record acceptance or decline with time, version and device. A 30-day grace period applies to the company rollout, later-added employees and a new letter version. After grace, missing or declined current consent turns location tracking off; attendance and visits without location remain available. Acceptance restores tracking.
Daily backups and documented disaster-recovery procedures support continuity. Lavisho TT is not ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified; both certifications and an independent penetration test are planned.
Plan definitions are consistent across the website and app. Workspaces are consolidated while existing tools remain available. Each company controls its own provider connections, and private mailboxes stay private.
